Don't understand the bad reviews??? This hotel is more than accommodating , we booked in for a Xmas dinner for 12.30 with the girls we really enjoyed the food!! we had generous portions of turkey and some of the others had the salmon in which it looked lovely... the dessert was a chocolate cherry tart with fresh vanilla cream 10/10 for presentation and service.

The staff are lovely, really helpful.
We were in the Junior Suite which was huge, biggest room we have been in. It was nicely decorated. The location is awesome, lovely walks at the end of front car park. The grounds are beautiful, and the gardener's have done a wonderful job. Still some work to be done, but it didn't affect our stay.

Fantastic hotel. We loved our stay this week, unfortunately we were only there for one night but it will be the hotel we come back to for our regular trips to Stockport! The booking process was quick and straightforward, the team were helpful and happy and even gave a treat bag for our little dog. The room was spacious and clean, the food and drinks were great and all at such good value. We will be recommending and definitely returning! Thankyou.

Great potential ....Good features .... the room was a good size ...again with some nice features but on walking into the room you are hit with an unpleasant smell the window was open so as you moved further into the room the initial smell dispersed but when we used the bathroom that was where the smell came from the fan wasn't working the flush was running water constantly , when using the nice shower with great power but due to the long neck of the shower I couldn't actually get under the shower completely due to the space ... a vent in the floor seemed to be where the smell came from or maybe
