The staff were very friendly and polite. It was obvious the hotel was understaffed as we waited over 45 minutes for our drinks in the bar and over an hour for our food - which was delicious once it arrived. Credit to the staff who were working as hard as they could under the situation. The room was comfortable and had a fantastic shower!

In a pandemic, cleanliness levels are seriously lacking. The room had the clean sticker on but it had greasy fingerprints on the TV and when the sun shone, dust could not have settled that much if freshly cleaned. I went into breakfast at 9am...it looked like the area hadn't been cleaned for a week. Staff are friendly and do their best but something is missing. I was also given a room for a disabled or elderly person. It's great that these are available, however for me it made me feel like I was in a nice (but dirty) private hospital room. The hotel seems to rely on the fact it's near the airport

I booked this hotel as it was a 4 star hotel and close to the terminals for our early flight.
Been close to the terminals is "ALL" it has got going for it. It is not a 4 star hotel and would struggle to be a 3 star. I have stayed in more comfortable 2 star hotels. The walk to our room was a sign of things to come, it is clear that this hotel as with many others is taking in asylum seekers which is fine but they have a tendency to walk the halls at all times and this does not instil a confidence.
The room looked nice and clean on entering, pretty much laid out the same way all hotels are, definitely

Directions to the Hotel need updating I think. The Reception and Restaurant staff were great and the rooms were comfortable. The air transfer bus was a great facility and the driver was very helpful even at "early o clock". The only criticism that we have is that the window catches in the rooms we used, require some attention.

I recently stayed at your hotel with a friend. We arrived at around 6pm, from the moment we walked into the hotel until the moment we walked out early hours the following morning, we were extremely impressed.
The service at reception was friendly, professional and helpful. Our room was clean and had everything we required for an overnight stay. We had a drink in the hotel bar and ate in the restaurant, the food and service were again excellent.
We were both very impressed with the hotel as a whole. We would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again.
