The Lansdowne Hotel is an excellent low cost budget hotel, located on Wilmslow Road in Fallowfield. It is in an ideal location for seeing all Manchester has to offer. We are located three miles south of Manchester city centre in the vibrant student area of Fallowfield. Restaurants and pubs are within easy walking distance and we have a nightclub attached, which is great for a night out.
The hospitals and universities are only a short bus ride away, and we are located on a main bus route with buses stopping as frequently as every five minutes. The buses run directly to Manchester Airport and the city centre. Our location is ideal if you are working in Manchester during the week, visiting the Christie or Manchester University, or needing a place to stay after a weekend out in the city!

The Lansdowne Hotel is conveniently located in Fallowfield, close to the University buildings and halls of residence. It is a 10 minute walk from The Christie Hospital. Restaurants, bars, and a supermarket are all on our doorstep. The Lansdowne Hotel is on Wilmslow Road, one of the bus main routes in Manchester, and there is a bus stop just outside the hotel.
