We believe that young children learn best when they are most comfortable, and for us this means providing them with a home from home atmosphere. Our nursery settings have been designed with love to create an enabling environment for children to learn through play and exploration. The staff at Aplomb Day Nursery are so friendly and welcoming.
Everyone knows each other, and my son has been able to interact with children of all ages since he was a baby which I feel has aided his development. I would highly recommend the nursery to any parents in the area. Aplomb has been great for all three of my children. Services
With a total of 10 years' experience in childcare Elena began her early year's career as a nursery practitioner at Aplomb day nursery & preschool in Palmers Green, following that became a childminder in her own home. This enabled her to understand first-hand the integral role and value of an experienced practitioner, in supporting a child's play and learning.
Every child is unique, they have their own interests and their own characteristics of learning. Our fully trained and qualified staff observe and support individual children daily. We use the governments' Development Matters as a guide to best determine your child's development and to plan and support them going forward.
We follow the guidelines set out by the Food Standard Agency in Safer Food Better Business. We are also part of the Eat better start better programme working within the early years code of practice for food and drink. All staff on site have a food and hygiene certificate and all of our meals are prepared fresh on the day with quality ingredients.
All our staff undergo complete DBS screening and probation following our recruitment procedures. Able to provide high standards of care and education to meet the individual needs of each child. Able to acquire and maintain positive working partnerships with staff, parents and carers.
