We initially booked the Gold Package but having spoken to Rob about the all day coordinator role we upgraded to Platinum package. It was worth every penny. Rob was absolutely brilliant throughout the day, liaising with the venue, the photographer, ushers, bridesmaids and catering team all day. The disco in the evening was equally impressive.

I will work very closely with you to provide an exceptional service and to meet your needs and requirements.
We met with Rob at the venue 8 months before our wedding to discuss the details of the day and the evening celebration. It was so vital to have this meeting as Rob was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, not just with the music and the disco but with other aspects of the day such as the service, the breakfast, the speeches and so much more which we hadn't even thought about.
You would, of course, expect me to have Public Liability Insurance (I have 2 million) and my equipment to be PAT tested (it is) but you would also expect me to set up and set down my equipment so as to minimises any risk to you and your guests.
All trailing leads are secured, I work with the venues to meet their safety requirements, in fact I do whatever is necessary to ensure that your event runs smoothly, safely and above all, the enjoyment of the evening is maintained for all.You are provided with terms and conditions to secure the booking and I will always behave in a courteous, polite and professional manner too.

This may be what you or your guests have asked me to play or from tapping into my wealth of experience of reading the crowd and reacting to the dance floor. It goes without saying that I have access to thousands and thousands of tracks but of course, depending on network coverage, within minutes I can usually download any track which I don't have.
I believe the evening event should be one of the most memorable parts of the day so cutting costs in this area is risky.
