I am Trudy Gillard, Professional Cake Maker, Decorator and Sugarcraft Judge with over 30 years of experience. I am professionally trained with City & Guilds qualifications. Since 1981 when I started baking, I have managed to successfully create many cakes for happy customers. In order to create the perfect cake, I work closely with you to handcraft and individually handcraft each cake.
The end product should not only look great, but taste great. I consider each cake to be a individual creation and therefore only the best quality ingredients are used and can be tailored to your requirements. Complimenting any occasion; my previous commissions have included traditional, contemporary or novelty designs for baptism / christenings, birthdays, weddings, cup cakes or anniversary celebrations.
