The new way to wedding breakfast. Indulgent, hearty dishes, bursting with flavour to tantalise the taste buds. Modern British classics your guests will love, served informally, to reflect and celebrate the love that brought you here in the first place! Completely at home amongst exposed wooden beams or grand manor houses, our traditional dining menu is a heady collision of beautiful taste and refreshing substance.
We know that you would like your wedding to reflect you. You'd like something special, and a bit different, like the two of you. We also know that sometimes this means eschewing the all-encompassing barn in favour of a proper good knees up in a marquee, out the back of Uncle Fred's field. Well, now, we can help with that.
For us, supporting our local community is really important. We like to use local suppliers as much as possible, employ local professionals and build brilliant partnerships in the wonderful Sussex we see around us. We do, also, want to be able to offer more. Do more to help those who need it. The Clock Tower Sanctuary is the only drop-in day centre for homeless 16-to-25-year-olds in Brighton and Hove.

Nick and everyone at Tie the Knot Catering was amazing! They were so efficient and helpful at getting everything set up. The day before the wedding when we were setting up which I was expecting to feel like the most stressful day ever, went so smoothly. And the food was INCREDIBLE! We have had some dodgy wedding meals in our time, but we have had SO many compliments on our wedding food at how great it was. They even put some canapés to the side for us to enjoy on our own when we arrived. Thank you!!

Everything Tie The Knot catering did at our wedding last week was beyond my imagination and the food and service from Nick and his team was unbelievable. The room looked incredible and all the tables were laid out perfectly. Messages about the DELICIOUS food have been flooding in and it’s 10/10 reviews from everyone. I wish I could eat my meal all over again, it was honestly so insanely good.
I know that it must have been difficult given the timings all got shifted around and working in the surprise waiters but thank you, thank you, thank you for helping us have the best day of our lives.

Tie the Knot catered for our wedding in August, after several changes to the date, and Nick and the team we just amazing the entire way through!
The food and the service on the day was absolutely incredible, and it was not only loved by us but our guests were also very happy! In the run up to the wedding they, like many other companies, were experiencing supply issues which could have impacted one of our courses, but rather than have us make a change they went well out of their way (involving a six hour round trip!) to get everything for us!
I'd recommend Nick and the team without any hesitation

Tie The Knot catered our wedding in August this year and they were amazing throughout. From the pressures of the pandemic to the chopping and changing last minute to our guest numbers/meal options, these guys dealt with everything so professionally.
We contacted them at the very beginning of the pandemic, ambitiously planning for a wedding the following summer. They were very attentive to how we wanted everything.

Tie The Knot were our caterers for our wedding at Brookfield Barn in July and we can’t thank them enough for everything they done. Nick, Graham and the team were fantastic, the food was out of this world, and it was one of the main talking points from the big day with so many guests commenting on how incredible the food was. All dietary requirements were catered for and they went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly. We can’t thank you enough for everything, we wish you all the best and hope that we get to experience your catering again in the future.

Tie The Knot are superb and I would thoroughly recommend them! From start to finish, Nick was excellent at communicating all the options and considerations, he created a delicious menu that perfectly met our requirements (stunning food that won't leave you hungry!), the service on the day was smooth and professional, and Tie The Knot made sure that all Covid precautions were met. The food itself was fantastic (particularly the salmon) and our requests for certain dietary requirements were catered for easily and without fuss. Very friendly and professional service, with delicious food and very reasonable

We cannot recommend Tie The Knot highly enough. Nick and his team catered for our Wedding in October 2020. We had to make several changes to the day following covid restrictions but nothing seemed too much trouble. With plenty of choice and menu options we were able to tailor the revised menu to the smaller number of guests. Everyone enjoyed the amazing food, it was really delicious and one of the nicest meals we have ever sat down to. Service was also excellent. I’ll be using Nick for our bigger reception party (100+) later this year too.
