Used their caravan and camping site on a wild windy night. Trees surrounding site, unfortunately due to weather, grass was sodden, so parked up on car park area. Ate inside, large tasty meal. No external toilet block, toilets / sinks are through bar area

Not a Five star hotel, but a clean tidy hotel in a good location.Nothing was to far to drive and see. Some really nice places to see in the local area and the lakes of course.
The staff were very nice and helpful, really enjoyed talking to them.
The food was by far better than some of the five star hotels i have stayed in around Europe and you certainly get more for your money.
Next time i have to go back there, certainly staying again.

Food on site is absolutely gorgeous. Had the fillet steak one day and the duck the other and both were amazing. Compliments to the chef.
Could do with more experienced staff for dinner on weekends. There was a very long wait for service / drinks on the Saturday and only 3 staff on.
Room was nice and spacious. Bed was very comfortable once we managed to get to sleep as it was so warm each night. Bath/shower was very creaky whilst stood in it.
Location - fairly quiet location, need a car to get around but we knew that before we came.
Would stay here again.

Absolute pathetic experience. No extra beds available for kids, no additional blanket available in the hotel. Literally we had to sleep with our kid in that small tiny cot. Rooms won't cleaned until your stay finish, just one tiny soap will be provided, no dental kit available. People won't respond to your calls if you need anything in room. Totally unbelievable worse experience I have ever had. Rooms not cleaned in two days. Limited of breakfast, NO BUFFET. Very less you can order, just because it's free.
