On behalf of all staff, children, parents and governors I would like to welcome you to Cranham C of E primary school. We are a small voluntary aided school, with a passion for tailoring our provision to allow every child to reach their full potential. Happy children make the best learners, and the staff at Cranham embrace this principle on a daily basis.
Our nurturing ethos can be seen throughout the school day, and we are very much a family, learning together. Our creative values based curriculum allows us to explore those all important personal and social skills, alongside building key knowledge. We help children to develop a Growth Mindset, which encourages children to be resilient and believe in themselves.

Services
At Cranham Church of England Primary School we pride ourselves on being a caring family. We aim to uphold Christian values; respecting the beliefs of others, whilst maintaining strong links with the parish church and the local community. We nurture respect, awareness of spirituality and the moral development of each individual.
In Cranham school we have 3 main values which will be a focus for each term. Within these areas the school school council have selected other values that link with the main values of compassion, community and courage. Staff and governors worked together to establish these three key promises, which link to the three parts of our vision too.

Cranham lies within the most westerly valley of the Cotswolds and is in a designated 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. Cranham Church of England Primary school is situated on the very edge of Cranham Common which is a 'Site of Special Scientific Interest'. Although education within Cranham can be dated as far back as 1818 our current buildings on the present site were founded in 1845.
We have a very active school council who act as a pupil voice within the school. 8 representatives from key stage 2 meet regularly with Miss Hugh and Miss Major, to discuss a wide range of suggestions and improvements. They have been directly responsible for some of the fundraising activities and playtime rules.
