Do not use this company to acquire work. Was told I would be paid for an induction and ain't received a payment, they clearly aren't professional as when I contacted them I was fobbed off and told someone would contact me in which they haven't, reading the other reviews it seems like this is a common problem and instead of looking into these situations they just get on the defensive and try to make you look daft, look elsewhere if you don't want to be mugged off!

Started with them and got told full time hrs for parcel force. I am lucky if i get 3 or 4 days work and I get maybe 5 or 6 hrs. The other guy seems to get plenty of hrs so they not that bothered if one person gets shafted.
Find out they are taking on 3 other drivers for parcel force when not enough work for 2 of us so going to be real slim pickings and not going to get the hrs you are told you will get lucky if you get half of what you get told so be careful if you are after more than 20hrs a week as good chance you may not get.

I have worked for the local council for 5 months via Capital and have had very little to complain about. A slight delay in getting a scheduled payrise but this was, I was informed by Capital and the client, due to a third party who controls the payroll matrix. The monies was back paid in full and all was good.
I've never had any trouble with booking leave and the pay always comes through OK.
They're always at the end of phone (9-5), and always polite and professional. When I've been to the office to see them they've always been able to settle whatever issue I've had. I've worked for a few agencies

What ever you do don't work for these people as you will not get the correct pay you are owed. I worked for these people as a Hgv 1 driver and my pay was short every week when I phone them about it they will fob you off, I worked long hours for them on container work . And they still owe me money which I will not get. You have been warned people. Go somewhere reputable not this two bit agency...

My experience with Capital is a very positive one. My latest period of work came after I was made redundant due to the pandemic. The result was I have been taken on full time by the customer.
I was always paid on time and correctly. I strongly suggest if you are being employed by Capital or are looking for work, keep in touch with them, text, email or phone. These are difficult times for us all, keep everyone on side.

Social care # I have worked in the care sector for 25 years, and have recently Signed up to capital social care I have found them to be very professional and there training is accredited which is great if your looking to get the qualifications you need to work in care.
The Application process is quick and easy once there have all your relevant documents I was out working within a few days and have been booked for a number of shifts.

I work for the social care side of Capital on their agency staff team, from day one the team have been supportive and understanding to all aspects of the work Im able to take up for them. They understand my timetable is varied and allow me freedom to pick and choose my working hours. I have genuinely had no issues with them since starting back in August. I feel like a valued member of staff.
Ive never had issues in regards to pay and if i have any questions about a job im going to the team are always available to get me a quick response.
Couldnt recommend Capital enough.

I work as agency staff in the health and social care sector of Captial Recruitment. The team are so friendly and helpful. All training is provided. They respect and fully understand my busy schedule so always consider this when booking my shifts. If there is extra work, Capital will always message to see if I want to book them. Due to not being able to drive, Capital consider this and will always check I can travel to the client before booking me in for the shift. There are no issues with payments. Capital are brilliant at communicating and always support me when I have questions or concerns. I

A very unprofessional company who seem to think it is acceptable to swear at you down the phone. Apparently my "bulls%&t excuse" of 'not being paid money I am owed' , was not good enough for this company for not turning in work. I was repeatedly told that my wages should not have been paid until the Friday, even though past wages were paid on a Thursday and that's the day my colleagues are paid.. Yet, the wages owed should have been paid the week before! Which is how the problem started.
