Gosford Park Primary School
At Gosford Park, we work with each individual child and family to ensure that they are successful both socially and academically. We aim to inspire children to become life long learners by providing them with engaging learning experiences that take place both within the classroom and beyond. Our safe and stimulating learning environment provides a place where our children can thrive, be themselves and learn something new everyday.

Dear all, Please come along and support us at our Fun Day this Sunday in Stoke Green Park. There will be. All children in Reception to Year 2 automatically receive a free school meal. However, if your family also meets the eligibility criteria to enable a free school meal to be awarded, it is important to make an application in order we can receive this pupil premium.
Services
As parents - or relatives, teachers and other adults responsible to children's safety - we want our children and those we look after to be healthy and happy. Children learn through exploration and natural curiosity, and it is part of our job as parents and carers to encourage that. However, as our children grow up, develop and discover new experiences, we have to take more and different steps to ensure their safety.
Screen time can offer children opportunities to learn and develop new skills at a touch of a button. At Gosford Park we are proud of the support we are able to offer to families and the community. We have a team of dedicated workers ensuring that we are able to overcome any barriers to learning. Gosford Park Primary School fully recognises the contribution it can make to protect children and support pupils in school.
Gosford Park Primary is a mainstream primary school where the majority of children are expected to reach their age related learning goals. Children within our school are identified as having a special educational need or disability (SEND) when progress has slowed or stopped and the interventions and strategies we put in place normally do not enable improvement.
All children are strongly encouraged to wear school colours. It helps children to feel that they belong to THEIR school. Parents also benefit as there is no lengthy discussion each morning as to what will be worn to school. Very young children are encouraged to be as independent as possible and this is helped by sensible clothing, i.e.
This is a school for girls and boys 3 to 11 years of age and maintained by Coventry City Council. We are a two form entry school with a published admission number of 60. Should this number be exceeded, we will follow the Local Authority set criteria when offering places. Children in the care of a local authority or provided with accommodation by the authority.
