Said 3 days. Got one day class 2. Never got paid. Lots of empty promises. Until they bother to pay for the day I will not do anything more for them. A poor agency. Second time had to get ACAS involved eventually paid what was owed the two amounts owed .

ARC isn't my first experience of working for an employment agency. But it is certainly, my best.
Although I have only been on their books a few short weeks, I have been hugely impressed with the structure of the business. From my first meeting with my account handlers Karina and Jo, I knew instantly I was dealing with a dynamic team. I mean... the office even allows staff to take their own dogs into work with them. How cool is that! 🐶👌
On a professional level, Karina and Jo have surpased my former expectations and knowledge of what an agency should provide for their staff. My prior experiences

I cannot speak highly enough about Harriet and my experience with this astounding young lady fighting my corner. Not only did she go above and beyond. She ran regularly to check on my progress did I have transport to be able to get to work on my 1st day. She also checked in with me on my 1st day I am sure I will hear from her again no doubt. I have just phoned to inquire after my application for work which I only submitted two days ago which was for a position as a painter with a social housing contractor in Norwich as advertised on Total jobs.

This is single handedly the worst agency I've ever worked for!!! No more than 10shifts left to go from temp to perm at a place I had worked for almost 4months had to go on early paternity because my baby was born 6 weeks early, because of this they've replaced me! Trying to get hold of the agency and I've come to realize they have been actively avoiding my phone calls, texts and emails regarding the matter, I cannot reach any sort of manager! These guys care about their own pay packet not the person who's earning them the money!!! Absolutely disgusted!!!

I have worked for ARC, a couple of times and I can honestly say they have always been great. The staff are always polite, friendly, helpful, competent and confident in there work. They spoke out for me and helped me to get my current position in a job with a local firm that I am extremely happy in.
