Services
We pride ourselves in serving great-quality British pub food with specials inspired by our local growers and farmers. All our food is freshly prepared from the highest quality ingredients, sourced as locally as possible. Whether you are quickly passing through and looking for a light bite or staying a while to soak up our country ambiance, there is a wide menu for all to enjoy.
Our authentic curries are freshly-made by our landlord, Ash, who grew up indulging in his mother's mouth-watering curries and has picked up her amazing culinary skills. All curries are made from scratch, using the freshest and best quality, locally-sourced ingredients. Our Curry Nights are extremely popular, so make sure you book early to avoid disappointment.
We offer three beautiful 4-star rooms, perfectly located for a relaxing break in the centre of Garway, with two of the rooms overlooking the common. All rooms are en-suite with both a bath and a shower. All our room rates include a fresh, made to order breakfast per person - served from 07:00 to 09:00.
A double bed sits between exposed beams and an old writing desk. The bathroom enjoys the same high ceilings and exposed beams with a double-ended bath for couples that want to relax after a hard day's walking. You will find crisp white Egyptian cotton sheets, soft down filled duvets & pillows with a Welsh blanket on the bed for a good night's sleep.
It is the perfect base for exploring the Hereford/Welsh boarder with the Wye Valley and Golden Valley. The room itself contains a king-sized bed and lounge area. Great meal and amazing atmosphere, unfortunately some items where not on the menu due to food shortages but there was still plenty of options to chose from. I would definitely recommend coming out for a meal here, plus the prices are very reasonable. The staff all where very friendly and helpful. Plus, there was some cute and friendly dogs in the pub.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The owner was very down to earth and had long chats with us each morning whilst he prepped breakfast for us.
We were really fortunate to stay on the Indian night, the owner cookee the best Indian I've ever eaten hands down. When asked he said that it takes him several days to prepare

I stayed here for a night during the summer and I was really impressed with my stay! The room was immaculate and comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.
The food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast. I couldn't recommend this place more for either a country pub or as a BnB!

A nice welcome when we walked in for the first time on Sunday. We only moved to Little Birch 12 months ago and we have been looking for a pub that was able to offer a menu that could cater for those in the family that wanted a traditional Sunday lunch and those that wanted fish and chips. I also have no carb dietary requirements that were catered for with no fuss. HPA on tap will always get my vote.
