Our History curriculum is designed to inspire our children to want to know more about the past and to think and act as historians. Our progression document ensures that children gain the necessary skills to investigate and interpret the past. We enable children to understand chronology, to build and overview of Britain's past - as well as that of the wider world - and to develop the ability to communicate historically.
School visits, themed days and the use of drama ensure that the children take part in memorable learning experiences. 30-50 months - Know some of the things that make them unique, and can talk about some of the similarities and differences in relation to friends or family. Know about similarities and differences between themselves and others, and among families, communities and traditions.

Parents and carers can give their views of our school at any time of the school year and at the time of a school inspection using an online questionnaire called Parent View. When our school is notified of its next Ofsted inspection, parents will be invited to give their views about the school to inspectors using the Parent View online facility as this has replaced Ofsted's paper questionnaire.
The Pupil Premium is money given to the school by the Government to raise the attainment of disadvantaged pupils. The outcomes and progress for pupil premium pupils can be impacted by a number of factors. Without seeking to generalise, pupil premium pupils may encounter greater barriers than other pupils.
Children cannot be admitted to our Nursery until they are three. We aim to have all our children admitted to Nursery by the end of September. Parents and carers should contact the school office if they wish to place their child's name on our Nursery waiting list. Children's names need to be on the Nursery Waiting List by the end of March, the school year before they are due to start in the Nursery.
