Battersea Family Butchers share a love of fine meats and a passion for providing excellent service. After acquiring the long-serving Battersea shop, they quickly gained a reputation for the high quality of their products. Together they hold many certificates and awards.

A former chef and freelance butcher, Luis Franco understands, first-hand, his clients' requirements and he has honed his skills over the last 14 years with many prestigious companies around London.Ricardo Perestrelo has been a butcher for 10 years.

Bought a big cut of beef for steaks from here and WOW. I’m a big fan of steak and while I don’t eat it an awful lot for environmental reasons, when I do, I like to spend enough to get a really good one. For a fraction of what I’d pay in a restaurant for one, I got five exceptional steaks here. Very very impressed.

Soon as I walked up I see a sign, bulltong sold here... I'm in love. He offers me some and suddenly I'm back in South Africa. He was really friendly and went out of his way to help and gave me some cooked meats to try as well as going out of his way to recommend stuff. Really great butcher

Family Butchers provide very friendly service for individuals and business. Meat is fresh (Richardo buys his stock fresh daily) and good quality. Been buying meat from Richardo for years. Never could find better quality or price. Supermarket meats are far away with its quality and often with the price.

It's hard to find a great local butcher - well look no further because you've found one. I was looking for lamb loin to make an experimental Lamb Wellington. Ricardo couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable and cut me two beautiful pieces that made a superb meal. And all at a very reasonable price. I have a host of family members arriving in a few weeks, and guess where I am going to get the roast beef that I plan to cook? Wish I had found these guys sooner. Great place.
