Services
Here at Smart we pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of service to our students, through professionalism, compassion and a genuine care for our customers. This is reflected in our Google and facebook reviews. We are staffed 24 hours a day with someone always available to assist our students with any issues they may have.
Our twin apartments come in three different spacious sizes ranging from a small, medium and large. Our small twin apartment is 15sqm, our medium twin apartment is 16sqm and finally the large is 18sqm. All of our twin apartments come with two separate bedrooms that are fully furnished, the furniture is not fixed to wall or the floor so you are able to change the layout to your own personal taste.
Our gold studios are spacious and spread over 21sqm. They are self contained studios with en-suite bathrooms and fully fitted kitchens. The studios also benefit from being fully furnished. The furniture isn't fixed to the walls or floor so you are able to create your only personal layout. The gold studios also allow you bring additional furniture or the things you cant live without.
Our Accessible studio is a large studio spread over 30sqm. The space has been specifically designed and adapted for students with disabilities or specific requirements. There is as wider hallway allowing wheelchair access and enough space for the student to manoeuvre. We can also alter the studio to fit the specific needs of the tenant.
The penthouse is the largest studio we offer here at Smart Student Accommodation spread over 34sqm with a stunning layout and views overlooking Finsbury Park. The penthouse is located in the original part of our grade two-listed building. The apartment comes fully furnished and includes asofa. The furniture is freestanding and your are encouraged to create your own personal layout.

I stayed here in 2018-19 and then in the summer of 2021. This is probably one of the best accommodations one could come across in London and I'd highly recommend it as long as the location is convenient. Would have loved to stay for another year for my Master's but it's unfortunately too far as I'm on a different campus.
Personal highlights:
- awesome staff. Both those in the office and all of the security. Really kind, human, and caring :).
- 24/7 personnel on site all year round. It feels really safe and there's always someone to receive a package or help you out with something.

I stayed at Smart from October 2020 to June 2021 and absolutely loved it. Everyone who works there is unbelievably friendly and welcoming. Living here felt like staying with family, I'm missing it already! Thank you to Jade and Jahan in particular for making sure I felt like I was at home, I can't thank you enough :)

I have lived in the UK for around 6 years for studying and stayed here for 3 years except for working in another country. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for student accommodation. All staff are kind and nice & good located. The reasons why i staied here for a long time was good value for money compared to near accommodation and also spacious room!
