This is a great store. Friendly, knowledgeable and skilled staff who are happy to help out, whether it be for purchasing something, asking for help fixing your bike or getting a repair made. Very reasonable rates when it comes to repairs, excellent quality service. I highly recommend this store for all your cycling needs.

I’ve used this store regularly and the service is excellent. Recently I was struggling to fit new tubeless tyres to my Giant Gravel bike. I called the store and Simon suggested I bring in the wheels. In store, Anton said they were busy but leave them with them and they’d get back to me within an hour. They did and my new tubeless tyres are now fitted to the excellent bike allowing me to enjoy this great cycling weather. I thoroughly recommend this store. Anton, Simon, and the Giant Store Cambridge …. “Chapeau”!

Giant Cambridge staff are amazing. I was cycling in to work when my panniers fell off as I was going over Hills Road bridge. Somehow I did not realise until I got to work. Meanwhile Alex C had run out and rescued my panniers with laptop, phone, purse, keys etc and kept them safe for me. Fantastic service from a great shop - life savers. Thanks so much.

We got a bike for my partner the staff were extremely helpful quickly assessed our needs, crucially reminding us we need to pick up some lights in time for autumn/winter while we were in the store they fitted the bottle cage for us and adjusted the bike. They recommended a quality bike and lights that should serve its purpose nicely with friendly service. I'll be back if I need a bike for myself.
