Eavan it's a great optician, very professional and devoted to give her best to her clients. Once I had a problem with a pair of frames, she told me to send them back to her and she would look after to fix the problem, a couple of weeks later I received my new pair of glasses, fixed and without paying an extra penny, thank you Eavan!

Eavan and her team carried out possibly the most thorough eye exam that I have ever had, their knowledge and experience evident throughout. My prescription is quite strong so top of wish list when it comes to spectacles is the thinnest possible lenses again EK Eyewear did not disappoint. They've even helped me out with the odd eyewear emergency at very short notice!

Optician + Staff 5/5. Lab 1/5.
I can't recommend Eavan and the other optician highly enough. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming too. A few years back the Lab they use replaced a lens which had cracked at the frame a few months after being put in with bad grace saying they wouldn't be doing it again. This year I sent my old frames back in to have a scratched lens replaced and they broke the nose piece. No mention of any redress. Glasses simply sent back. Actually, 1/5 seems sort of generous.

I've been going to EK for over 10 years now. Seeing the same optician regularly over such a long period of time gives me confidence that any issues with my eyes will be identified early and and acted on promptly.

I'm a long term glasses wearer with a complicated script. It's important for me to have an optician who can look after not only my eye health, but my general health. I also want glasses that make me feel confident when I'm wearing them. I've been a customer of EK Eyewear for 15yrs, and they've exceeded my expectations.
