At Auction Estates we can advise on whether the auction route is right for you, what price you're likely to achieve and guide you through every stage of the sale process. We've broken the auction process down into 9 easy stages so you can see at a glance how it works (see below). Auctions are a very quick and efficient method of selling property.
If you intend to bid for a Lot in person you will need to visit the Registration Desk located at the entrance to the auction room (Centenary Suite). The Registration Desk will open at 12.30 pm on the auction day. You will then be given a bidding paddle with your unique Bidder Number for use in the auction room.

I was virgin auction buyer until I purchased a property through Auction Estates. Overall it was an okay experience.
The fees to buy we're fair approx £1440. Their solicitor fee was approx £1750 and they were a bit rude and didn't seem so good with their service.
I purchased Dec 9th and they have 28 days and I assumed 28 working days. Their solicitors were off over Christmas and New Year for approx 12 days and they don't account for that so I technically only had about 16 days.
I didn't appreciate the solicitor part but overall it was an okish experience with Auction Estates. I'm sure there

Auction Estates have recently handled the sale of my elderly friends commercial property. Their understanding of the process and empathy for my friends situation was fantastic. Did a very good job selling my HMO got an excellent price for it a lot more than it was worth and I know for a fact it would not have got past the valuation stage if it had been sold under private treaty. I only paid 95k for it less than 2 years prior to these guys selling it for 250k!
Money was in the account 28 days later and a very smooth transaction too, the solicitors they work with are reliable too. The Daily Mail even wrote a piece on the sale it was that good.

I sold one of my properties through Auction Estates. They were professional throughout and I'd happily recommend them. They accepted my valuation of the property even though some other auction houses wanted me to put the property on for a stupidly low guide price, even though there was a risk for them that they may not sell the property at that price.
