Services
DOG POLICY - We will accept one well behaved dog in our hotel at any one time ONLY by prior arrangement. Rooms on our second floor, Provence, Enchanted & Premier Supreme are not available for bookings with dogs. Dogs will be charged at 3.50 per night and are not permitted to go on beds and cannot be left unattended in the hotel at any time.
Each room is individually styled so whatever your favourite style there will be a room for you. All our rooms have lovely views of either the Great Orme or the sea and we have a number of options for families and single travellers. All rooms are equipped with flatscreen TVs, designer toiletries, bottled water and tea & coffee facilities, & additional items in luxury rooms.
It is with regret, that due to decreasing demand we have had to review our evening meal offering for 2015. Currently we will only be offering evening meals in the months of June & September. Anyone wishing to book meals during this time, please indicate at the time of booking.

We would stress however that we are only a few minutes walk from 'The Lilly' on West Shore who have a bar menu and a 10 minute walk to all the main restaurants in Llandudno. There is so much choice and is only 2,60 in a taxi if you did not want to walk or take your own car. We are happy to spend time with guests helping them chose a restaurant based upon our personal expereience and other guests feedback and we can book a restaurant for you.
From the A55Leave the A55 at junction 18 (signposted Deganwy, Conwy A547), then at roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A546 (signposted Deganwy, Conwy A547). Take the 2nd exit at the mini roundabout passing Tesco and then at the next large roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A546 (signposted Deganwy, Llandudno).
In addition to our hotel we also run a simple, yet well maintained holiday cottage for guests who prefer a self catering holiday in Llandudno. Located in Penrhynside, which is part of Llandudno, and about 1.5 miles away from the main shopping street, our cottage offers good value accommodation set in a picturesque village location, just outside the hustle of Llandudno town centre.

Lovely, busy pier, great for kids as it has a little funfair, amusement arcade. Worth a walk to the end for the views.

Really nice place to stay. Was just out of the way of the main sea front of Llandudno but was a lovely quiet area at night time. The owners were really accommodating and had put some great measures in place to deal with Covid 19 regulations.

Lovely location close to the sea. Very well refurbished old building retaining original features. Fabulous room, well appointed, beautifully designed and furnished. The most comfortable bed! Bathroom astonishing with waterfall shower and Occitane toiletries! Dining room was so nice and breakfast, juice and coffee delicious. Cannot find a fault with anything! Loved my stay and will definitely return. Completely recommended.

Stayed for 2 nights and would definitely recommend. The hotel is run by a lovely couple who make you feel very welcome. The hotel is in a perfect location close to the sea and the town centre. Our room had a 4 poster bed and was very spacious, the bathroom was beautiful with shower gel, shampoo, body lotion etc. Wide choice of breakfast which was delicious. Very warm and welcoming hotel. Will definitely return.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights and it's lovely. The owners and staff were very pleasant, the room was clean and tidy, in fact the whole place was. There is a wide variety of breakfast menu options (don't normally get a menu in a b&b) and as for the location, it's so peaceful and quiet. We will definitely consider staying there again in the future.
