I needed an urgent translation of a single page document. Lingo Service were very responsive, professional and efficient. My translation was ready in less than 24 hours. I made an enquiry at 2pm on Christmas Eve and received by translation by 10am on Christmas Day. Polina Muravetska, in particular, was very professional in her correspondence with me.

I am extremely happy with the service from Lingo Service. Their price and speed was great! Even when I realised that I had forgotten to attach one of the documents, they offered to translate it for free and within minutes.
The translation I required was from Brazilian Portuguese to English. It was 100% correct.
I fully recommend this company and will be using it again in the future! The person who I dealt with was Matthew Davies, who showed great customer service.

I cannot fault this company. Response time was super fast. The information I received was honest and reliable (I sent a bad quality copy and this was the only company from a few companies who quoted me, who asked me to send better quality). The quote price was far more reasonable than other companies who offer certified translations. And the general politeness and courtesy of the employees was amazing (thank you Polina, you were a delight! And Omar for excellent translations of my documents).

I've used Lingo Service Translations on multiple occasions for certified translations of documents. Although their services are a bit on the pricey side, the quality and time frames are impeccable. Last time I was assisted by the account manager Matthew Davies, he was very professional and polite, accommodated all my requests. Lingo Service failed on two seperate occasions to provide me with a certified translation that was fit for purpose. The translation had so many basic mistakes, which made it unbelievable that a native speaker was translating it. It seems as if they just put it through Google Translate! Moreover, the certifying letter got my name wrong - they gave me a middle name, which I do not have, and in a different gender!
I did not realise when I signed up for their services that I would have to do so much of their work myself. When I expressed my dissatisfication with the service and delay in getting documents
