Telelingua
Established in 1997, Telelingua specialises exclusively in travel translation and has over ten years' experience providing specialist language services for the tourism and leisure sectors. Over the past decade we have forged strong links with some of the major names in tourism.

Our clients include leading guidebook publishers, website designers, national and regional tourist boards, tourist offices, national parks, museums, tour operators, hotels and restaurants, who have chosen Telelingua's combined linguistic and travel expertise to meet their specific translation requirements.
Services
The partnership of Jeremy Kerrison and Helen Isaacs established Telelingua in 1997 to combine their two passions: travel and languages. Having travelled extensively around the world and lived and worked in various countries in Europe, they quickly realised that there was a specific need for language services tailored to travel and tourism.
The French Government Tourist Office in London contacted Telelingua in mid-2008 with a view to translating all new articles and press releases posted on its website from French to English, and to upload all translated texts via its back office application. The brief for this project was to ensure that the translations were both creative and flowing and specifically adapted to English-speaking readers.
The translation of travel- and tourism-based literature requires specialist linguistic expertise, the use of specific vocabulary and terminology, and an in-depth knowledge of the travel business. We only use translators who translate into their mother tongue and who have many years of specific expertise in travel and tourism translation.
We can also offer translation services which combine the above languages so if, for example, you need a document translated from French or German into Spanish or Italian, then we can take care of this for you. Our office staff speak French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Welsh, as well as English, so please feel free to call or e-mail us in any one of these languages.
The impact of any travel brochure or website can be lost with just a single error, whether this is the result of incorrect spelling, poor grammar and punctuation, a missing accent, a foreign word split in the wrong place at the end of a line, or inconsistent use of fonts or styles. If you're unsure of the quality of a document translated by a third party, then we can help.
