Knockhundred Translations is a can-do, no nonsense full language service provider, with a team of professional and experienced project managers who are friendly and efficient. We will take the time to understand your requirement, walk you through the different options and manage your project from start to finish.
Our reputation within the industry has been built on quality of service, quality of output and understanding of the remit. We have a bespoke project management system in place to deal with the diverse requirements of our wide client-base. We also have a very fine team of project managers dedicated to managing your project from beginning to end.
We're always looking for extra people to help us. If you would be interested in working with us as a transcriber, in any language including English, but you don't have adequate demonstrable experience, it may still be possible to register with us by undertaking a test piece. You will need to have some information to hand.
For almost all languages, our costs are based on a rate per 1000 source words (+ VAT for UK-based clients). There are some languages, such as Khmer, where the costs are calculated per 1000 target words. The number of source words relate to the number of words contained in the source document - the document you supply to us for translation.

I have worked as a freelancer with Knockhundred Translations for almost a year and have had a positive experience overall. Although there were a few issues in the beginning regarding payment, these were quickly resolved, apologies were made, and things appear to be better organised now. I've been given the opportunity to learn new skills and softwares with plenty of guidance when needed, and interactions with project managers are always friendly. The wide range of services offered by Knockhundred are provided at the highest possible standard and the aim is always to ensure that the client is satisfied

I have worked with Knock Hundred as a freelancer for Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati languages. They're very professional in their dealings. The assignments I receive from them are quite varied. There have only been a couple of hiccups related to payment timelines over the past 3 years or so, but those were the usual business delays.

Whilst pleasant enough to deal with, you have to chase every single month for payment. I’m still waiting on payment for work completed in June 2018. Every month there is a range of different excuses. You literally have to beg for money for work that you’ve done in good time. Think carefully before completing work for this company.
