Overview: Based in Colnbrook, just off of J14 of the M25, we operate from a dedicated 10,000ft2 facility and employ approximately 30 staff. Established In 1982: Slough Plastic Coatings was established in 1982 to primarily to undertake nylon, polythene and pvc coating for the general manufacturing market.
Capacity: We operate two state of the art Vol-Tec paint lines with automatic on-line phosphating and manual & automatic on/off line powder spraying controls. Each line is also fitted with dedicated drying and curing ovens.

Overview: We undertake nylon coating for components that require impact resistance, hardness, oil, solvent & general chemical resistance as well as a low coefficient of friction. Nylon Spraying: High volume nylon spraying can be undertaken on our fully automated track line.
Warm To The Touch: For architectural and building applications that require warm to the touch and slip resistant metalwork we undertake specialist nylon coatings compliant with the latest building regulations.

Overview: We undertake air dry coatings of items up to 2.5m x 1.5m x 1.5m using a range of coatings suppliers. A range of commonly requested coatings are detailed below. Synthetic Finishes: Synthetic finishes include rapid dry paint, quick dry paint and regular coatings suited to exterior use. These coatings are also ideal for components that might require touching up and are available in full gloss, semi -gloss, eggshell and matt finish.
Capacity: We offer shot blasting for items up to 2.5m x 2m x 1.5m with both walk in and hand cabinet facilities. Blasting media available includes chilled iron grit, steel shot, glass bead and aluminium oxide.
Aluminium Oxide: Aluminium oxide is available in both the walk in facilities up to 2.5m x 2m x 1.5m as well as the hand cabinets and is ideal for soft metals, stainless steels and other applications where ferrous materials are not suitable due to corrosion or associated magnetisation.Chilled Iron Grit: Blasting with chilled iron grit is ideal for removing existing coatings and burn off residue as well as providing a good key for painting.
