Air dry coatings are ideal for a wide range of applications, in particular sensitive materials such as wood and plastic, as well as assemblies that include rubber grommets, electronics and seals etc. We offer a full range of air dry coatings for both standard finishes as well as specialist applications.
Stove enamelling offers a fast production turn around combined with economy and good technical properties where excellent colour and gloss retention together with good physical properties are required. The S16 Epoxy Stoving Finish is a high quality stoving full gloss finish based on an epoxy resin giving good chemical and corrosion resistance to many extreme environmental conditions when used in a suitably primed system.
We offer specialist coatings for PVC window frames ideal for coating white PVC window frames to be fitted in conservation areas, listed buildings and for home owners that want specific colours for their home glazing scheme. The service is typically used by architects and builders although we are always happy to deal directly with home owners themselves.
We undertake MDF & wood coating using primarily HMG wet paint applied by spray gun and either air dried or force dried. MDF or wood is cleaned and sanded to create a smooth surface which is then coated with a high solids, clear, Primer / Sealer for use specifically designed for MDF & wood (MHG Pre Cat MDF Sealer) which is fast drying with superb filling properties, ease of application and excellent sandability.
