Services
We match Ral, BS, Pantone, Crown, and Dulux paints. We can also match colours from samples and existing items. This is a send away service and generally takes about a week. Colour matching is ideal for customers that that have standard components that they require to match existing colour schemes such as interior fittings, vents, grilles, gutters, fascia, railings and sockets etc.
We offer a range of pre-treatments and primer finishes for added corrosion resistance and superior coating performance. Where required materials are pre-treated either with a degreaser or by shot blasting to etch and provide a key for the coating to sit. We offer zinc-rich epoxy primers for corrosion protection over steel substrates.
We undertake mdf finishing including preparation, filling, smoothing and pre-treatments. We can offer mdf surface coating for bare MDF materials, pre-coated surfaces as well as undertake surface re-coating. Depending on requirements we can apply primers followed by top-coats or single coatings as required.
Whilst we are focussed on the south of England from out Langley base to the west of London, we often cater to customers from as far afield as Edinburgh, Swansea, Liverpool and Southampton. Please note, we are based just off the M25, and use couriers for deliveries and collections. Health and safety is an important consideration for us as a company. We manage health and safety from a number of levels including issues associated with manufacture, issues regarding material handling and general health and safety in a work environment. We also undertake provision for first aid in the work place.
