At The Oceanic, we love creating unique and special experiences for our guests and want you to feel totally at home. On arrival, we provide a generous welcome hamper in your suite to enjoy at your convenience. This will generally include fresh bread, scones with Cornish clotted cream and jam, Cornish pasties, bacon, sausages and eggs, butter and marmalade, juices, water and a pack of Cornish biscuits.
The Oceanic Suite Hotel is located high on Falmouth's peninsula overlooking the harbour and with views out to sea. We are only a couple of minutes' walk to the sea front and the beach; 5 minutes' walk into town (close enough but not too close to be noisy!); and around 15 minutes' walk to Pendennis Castle.
By Rail: From Truro, catch the Maritime Line (First Great Western) to Falmouth Town station - approx 20 mins - and walk down the ramp, past the car park, turn right under the railway bridge and then immediately left onto Lansdowne Road. At the top of Lansdowne turn left and the hotel is located on your left on the corner (approx 2 mins walk time).
