I asked them if they had taken a mortgage holiday once Corona Virus came as other student agencies had done. For the past 3 months they have deflected the question referring me onto different sources of information about why I need to pay rent. It would take them a day to reply to one email yet then 3 weeks to reply to the next so they are not responsive. I still to this date have not received an answer to such a simple question. We had mould in our bathroom from DAY 1 and they never came to fix it. This caused breathing problems in the bathroom all year. They never provided us with a dining table

Stayed in one of their houses for two years and I can honestly say I don’t think I could have asked for better! The whole team at templeway were so amazing and my time at uni was made much easier knowing that if there was any issues (which there rarely was) that it would be sorted so quickly! I’m sure it will be hard for any landlords in the future to compare to the trustworthy, reliable, high standard that iv experienced with templeway properties and I’m sad to be leaving there house after such a great two years!
