Been living in my studio @ 10 Highfields Road for three years and I would not have changed my decisions if I could. The landlord Tahmina is absolutely brilliant! If you have any issues you can be assured they are resolved within hours including losing your key or maintenance work. The price of the accommodation is ideal for the location as you are literally in the perfect spot in Huddersfield specially if you drive as there is free secure parking. The building is beautiful and the studio is spacious with plenty of natural light and modern furnishings; Ideal for a busy student like myself! The Laundry

Very dirty!
I was there for 2 months (April 2017-July 2017) and the flat was so dirty...
When I arrived the owner showed me the kitchen and my room, and everything was dirty: they were food and waste on the floor, it smell, it smelled mouldy...
I was really disappointed because the ad were completely different.
And when I asked the owner to clean the flat, she told me that I had to pay for it, whereas I just arrived...
Finally, when I leaved this flat (two weeks ago), she didn't give me back the whole deposit: 320 pounds on the 350 that I paid whereas the flat is cleaner than it was when I

Comfortable and and well equipped studios. They are perfect if you want to live alone a bit squeezed if you want to share. Kerry has been a very helpful and patient Landlady. I love the location as I have never used public transport in Huddersfield you can walk everywhere you need to. Max 15 mins to uni.
