Beware international students. I stayed for 3 months at Vernon House over the summer. I had a wonderful time in London and had enjoyed my stay at Vernon House until it was time to receive my security deposit back in full which I was told by the property manager I was eligible for. After 3 months I still haven't gotten 1,785 pounds back. They have continuously told me that they sent the wire, that's it's cleared, and been transferred to my account, which I and my bank can attest is not the case. Furthermore, they have ignored my request to place a trace on the wire, which makes me think that they

The Slade Park Residence in Oxford it's a large building that looks like a barracks. But what is terrible is the distance from Oxford. It's far away in the outkirt, 30 minutes of bus to the centre. Wonder how can you live when everything is so distant. And it is also difficult to experience the life of the town. How can be such a place considered suitable for a student? I forgot: there's no armchair in the rooms, the space is tiny, the noise from the road continuous. And to use the laundry you have to pay and first take a master, considered how much complicated the system is.

I am an international student and it is my first year at Glendower House. Actually is amazing and really handy, everything is very well organised and I would not need anything more than what we have.
They have everything you need and also a fantastic pro of it is that is literally 3 minutes away from Queen Street ( town ).
I feel like if I were at home here and people are very friendly, it is a wonderful experience. I really recommend it.

Leighton Hall is a very nice place to live whilst I carry out my university studies. Amazing facilities, very spacious, great security and the staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Modern decor and a great set out of the living space makes everything feel so much more welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Feedback for Iron Bridge Studios in Exeter:
I first chose Iron Bridge Studios because of the spacious rooms and its proximity to the city centre and the local commerce. I really appreciate the different features of this accommodation. There is a sofa and a TV in the room and the building is located only 15-20 minutes away from the campus. However, my experience here has been good to extremely negative.
I moved to Iron Bridge Studios in September 2016. There was an ants infestation. This caused me a lot of anxiety, but I was very impressed by the prompt and effective response of the management

I stayed at Glendower House in Cardiff from 2017-2018, it was the BEST year of my life. Everything about Glendower is perfect, from the location to feeling safe. I LOVED living there and was absolutely sad to leave. Steve and Zoe are amazing, they go out of their way to make sure everything is fine and you are comfortable.

Forget about this place,
I have had a terrible experience at Kingston plaza which will end up with them in court. At the begining of my tenancy I had a 500 pound discount to be deducted from my last payment installment in June, apparently the manager got sacked and just took out my 500 pound from my deposit, now noone want to take responsibility of what has happened , continuosly ignoring my calls and emails, now my lawyer will do the job.
Forget about this place ,and rather look for a nice flat with student from a state agency which will defenitetly cover you better in the legal aspects....

My experience at The Curve (mid-November 2016): burglary and unhelpful management.
I had my laptop stolen from my locked room. I had reported the case to the police as burglary. The security of my room was compromised by the broken corridor door. The management was extremely unhelpful and did not fix the broken corridor door even after the burglary. I would not stay in a place where I feel unsafe.
