We work with the team at DJs regularly in our search for good quality rental properties and everyone is extremely helpful and professional. The team who carry out the viewings are so helpful and friendly, particularly Bayanaa, Giulia and Perry. It's a big company but they still manage to offer a personal level of service.

My family had a really good experience securing an excellent apartment through DJ Alexander. Giulia Ceccarelli who was our direct contact was super helpful and friendly all through the process. She gave us her word the very first day we met, and fulfilled it. I've recommended the company to a couple of friends and will do to more.

My girlfriend and I had an outstanding experience when finding a property to rent in Edinburgh through D.J. Alexander - the team there were always quick to respond to our questions and remarkably helpful.
When the first property we had hoped to move in to didn't work out, the team at D.J. Alexander were able to find us another amazing flat within the same price range, for the same move in date, AND that we actually preferred to the original! All within an hour of the first property falling through.
I'd like to specifically mention and thank Laura Mctaggart, Natalie Cotton, and Chloe Alexander

I am a tenant one year and still renting from DJ Alexander, however I am quite disappointed with some services. I was left without heating and hot water for a week. Some other issues remained unresolved. The contractors are working with, are excellent and very accommodating.
And the team member David Harcus and Martin Urquhart. Both of them are very helpful and accommodating.
However, the agency is chasing you up if they haven't received the rent on the day they want and they are rude, even when they leave you with important repairs.
I won't recommend it at all.

What started off as an excellent experience viewing and applying for properties with Ali (thank you!) declined rapidly after having an application accepted.
Firstly, it is almost impossible to speak to anyone on the phone because nobody ever answers calls, no matter the time of day or day of the week. Once I had paid my holding deposit I didn't receive a single email or phone call from anyone at DJ Alexander until three days before my move-in date (a period of well over two weeks). I hadn't had any confirmation that documents had been received, no one had told me what actually happens on my move

After having many rental applications rejected by other agencies D.J. Alexander helped us secure tenancy for an amazing property in Edinburgh. I’d like to give a big thanks to Ali and Lee in particular. Ali could not have been more accommodating with the flat viewing, he also had great communication skills via email and went out of his way to keep us updated on the situation. Lee was also excellent in this regard and was very quick to respond to any and every question I had (and there were many of them) via email and was also very accommodating and understanding. Overall a great first experience
