So the legal team, specifically Maya, in Edinburgh did a fantastic job completing on both the sale and purchase of our new homes. Both transactions completed seamlessly allowing us to move in six weeks after an approved offer on our home and our new home. On other occasions we've had to find a short term rental between houses and always seem to be delayed, but this time Maya and McEwan Fraser delivered in a wonderful fashion. I asked McEwan Fraser to provide a valuation for an unusual property for probate purposes. I was able to request an appointment over the phone in the evening and received confirmation from Craig Peters by text, all of which was very smooth.
