Hopeless...almost impossible to get to see a GP, and if you do they don't seem to be bothered. Ended up going to a private GP to get a shoulder injury properly treated. Apparently they are too busy giving Covid boosters for £10-£20 a shot, to further increase their bank balances, whilst their patients have to deal with illness and die with little or no medical assistance. I can't believe that I'm actually paying (a LOT!) for this service!

Completely unacceptable care for my mum who is 87 and has suffered a massive stroke. Receptionist think they are god and completely unhelpful. Ordered medications 2 weeks ago and still don't have some of them. When queried it was replied 'they were forgotten, and I'll speak to my manager' This was about a week ago and still haven't got what my mum needs, she has now run out but trying to get a response from the surgery is impossible. On top of all this fiasco, they are now saying that my mum who is bedbound and can't even lift her head off of her pillow needs to go into the surgery to sign a consent

The receptionists at station view are actually disgusting with the way they treat people. Multiple times I have been sat in the waiting area and the receptionists will shout at the patients including one old lady must have been 80 or older and she didn't understand what the receptionist was saying. After trying to explain the receptionist walked away cause she couldn't be bothered to deal with her...
Some of the doctors and nurses are lovely however some have actually no clue. I took my 8 month old son in with really bad exzema/ psiorisis and the doctor asked me what I expected him to do and said

Utterly useless and Python-esque while they're at it. For example, just got a message from them re. my 87-year old dad. Called back today to ask what it was about. After spending an eternity on hold listening to a message, on repeat, saying the surgery was not doing COVID booster shots to "better serve" their patients (?), I finally got through to a human being. I explained we were returning their call, and asked what it was about. They said they had a letter for dad. I asked if they could mail it. They said no, dad had to go to the surgery, show photo ID, and pick it up. I politely explained that

I've been a patient here for 20 years, Dr Howes and her team are brilliant, I saw Wendy the nurse this morning who was lovely and then I had the pleasure of dealing with Cheryl on reception who was extremely helpful and equally lovely. Thank you again everyone at Station View, keep up the good work.

Who is Dr JT.? Absolutely so unprofessional. Had a ecg the professional said everything perfectly ok. Then 2 weeks later a text from S.T saying ecg not good. Prior to his previous telephone call he said I need to go to Glenfield as they do not do ecg's at Station view. I arranged to visit Glenfield. Next day a call from Station view to invite me for E.C.G at local practice. I've been in touch with DR Glennon Walsgrave and waiting Response.

I don’t recommend choosing this doctors at all after numerous problems with them. They have never been helpful. My parter is also registered here and she’s been waiting months for a contraceptive coil to be fitted and they say they have no doctors doing it the last 2 months, so failing to believe it’s not possible to get any coils fitted, I called centre surgery in Hinckley and they said straight away to call this number given, it’s not busy so the coil will be done within a couple of weeks.

Making an appointment can be a challenge. You have to start ringing just after 8am and persevere until you can get through. You can attend for doctors appointments, nurses appointments, blood tests, diabetic checks, eye screenings... The list goes on. There is also a decent chemist on site with friendly staff.
