The Holiday Park is set in the village of Old Polzeath with its local Post Office, shops, a local pub and easy access to the nearby villages of St. Minver, Port Isaac, Rock and Trebetherick. Across the bay from Old Polzeath lies New Polzeath perched on the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic. We have a number of luxury static caravans for hire throughout our beautifully maintained site.

Situated at the top of Polzeath Beach Holiday Park is a luxury 2 bedroom Lodge with all the mod cons suitable to sleep 6 people maximum. Kitchen with island unit/breakfast bar, integrated microwave, electric cooker and 5 burner gas hob, wine cooler. All prices include VAT at the standard rate. We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to protect you in the event that you are unable to take your holiday.

We’ve just returned from a lovely week at Polzeath Beach Holiday Park. The location is great and it’s lovely to be practically on the Beach. The caravan was very new, modern and spotlessly clean. It’s great to have your own outside table & washing line. The owners were very helpful. We will definitely return. Thank you

Beautiful site. Almost on the beach. Our third time here and it's better every time no matter the weather. The site is extremely clean and very well tended. The staff on site are lovely and the communication before coming with the current Covid issues has been brilliant. 5* Stones throw from the beach for good surfing or body boarding and safe. I would recommend to anyone.

We have just returned home after our first stay on this site. We have stayed in Polzeath many times but never at Polzeath beach holiday park before. We are so happy to have booked here. The caravans were immaculate and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and everything looked new. A short walk through the car park and you are on the beach. The owners were friendly and helpful and we had such a lovely time. We enjoyed it so much that we are planning a caravan purchase on the site, then we can visit our happy place whenever we want to.

Our family has enjoyed many holidays to Polzeath over the last 10 years or so. For the last 3 years we've stayed at PBHP and every stay with them has been fantastic. The accommodation and grounds are second to none, immaculately clean and tidy with everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. The village and beach are literally a few minutes walk away, making it even better not needing to use the car all the time.
We've always been made to feel really welcome each time we've stayed and are already planning our next visit.

Wow what a find! Lovely, well maintained park with gorgeous views of the village! I am so pleased that we chose this site for our holiday. The site is quiet and provides a very nice family atmosphere. We could not fault the cleanliness of the caravan or the lovely and helpful welcome we received by the owners, who were very chatty and informed us of the homemade pizza van which was due for arrival on site that evening (my partner was delighted at not having to cook after an 8 hour journey... plus the pizza was delicious!). The site itself is essentially on the beach with only a 2 minute walk onto

Came here beginning of June stayed in silver caravan. Really lovely caravan....brand new!don't understand some other comments because we found the owner very helpful and pleasant!on leaving we left 2 items in caravan and the owners very kindly posted them on to us. Overall site immaculately kept quiet and clean and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Very helpful staff, providing information via email, telephone and documents sent in the post prior to our holiday. The caravan park was easy to find when following the instructions on the card sent in the post. We were promptly shown to our caravan upon arrival through the immaculate grounds. We were impressed with our platinum caravan which was very clean; had a spacious living area and 2 toilets but would be a bit cramped if 6 people were to be staying there as the bedrooms are quite small.
