The start time of Sunday 12th Sept racing for Fast/Slow Handicap, Scows and Tideways is POSTPONED and the start location is changed. New start time is no earlier than 13.00 from QUAY (not Cobnor). See calendar for amended programme. Oppie Cutmill racing is not postponed. Paddlesports Talk: Paul is a Navy veteran.

In 1991 he was involved in a road traffic collision leaving him paralysed after developing locked-in syndrome. For years Paul was unable to communicate other than blinking, in 2003 he started to come round by 2004 he was able to talk a little and move again although reliant on a wheelchair. Sunday's duty roster for club racing (11.00 from Cobnor) is VERY light on volunteers (again!).
Services
Bosham Sailing Club is a family-based sailing club located at the Old Mill on Bosham Quay. We are the oldest sailing club in Chichester Harbour and celebrated our Centenary in 2007. BSC is a wonderfully welcoming club that balances a range of activities with a varied and enthusiastic social calendar.
We will take it from there. If you would like to visit the Club ahead of making your application, please do not hesitate to contact the Club Office we will be delighted to show you round and answer any queries you may have. The process takes about three weeks then it's "Welcome to Membership of Bosham Sailing Club!"
Ashling Park: Receive a complimentary glass of delicious cuvee sparkling wine when booking an a la carte meal at Ashling park before the end of September. Please mention Bosham Sailing Club at the time of booking and show your red card on the day.

Boat Club (a membership scheme where you have access to boats, without any of the hassle of owning one): When you sign up to a 12 month membership get one month free or get a powerboat level 2 qualification free.Thornham Marina: 1 month free berthing during September & October when you book a winter package.
In 2021 Bosham Sailing Club's mission is to provide high quality training for all ages and abilities. Our range of courses go from beginning sailing courses for Youth (RYA Stages) and Adults (RYA Levels) all the way through to Race Coaching delivered by highly regarded qualified race coaches. BSC Race Coaching is for Members Only.
At Bosham Sailing Club, our aim is to encourage our Cadets' sailing through our racing, training and social calendar and instil a love of the sport that will stay with them as they grow up and take off to sail at their universities and throughout their adult lives. You won't be surprised that many of our grown up 'Cadets' return to BSC very regularly and bring their own Cadets to join us!

A members only sailing club but fairly easy to join. You receive a members card which is used to access the building and works as a top up card to pay at the bar.
The boat spaces are full of stinging nettles though in an otherwise well kept field. Unfortunately a lot of gates/locks to lug your boat through.
The staff are friendly and helpful.

Very friendly sailing club in a great location with excellent food and a well stocked bar. Sitting on the terrace on Bosham Quay with a summer beer after a sail in the harbour is magical.
