Services
A refundable Holding Deposit to reserve a property (capped at one week's rent). This may be retained by us should the required paperwork not be submitted within 15 days or misleading information was supplied or a right to rent check failure or the tenant pulls out of the proposed tenancy. For the assignment, novation or changes to a tenancy there will be a 50 charge or a higher reasonably incurred costs if evidenced.

Absolutely fantastic letting agency!
I discovered Lettuce after already being at 3 different previous letting agencies while at university and Lettuce was by far the best in my experience!
They showed real commitment in making sure your time with them was as smooth as possible and they make sure any problems you might have are their priority and any maintenance would be fixed without hesitation.
Not only that but the rooms are such great prices for the amazing quality they provide, I was gobsmacked when I did the viewing at the great quality rooms they have!

During my four years at uni, I rented with lettuce letting for two years and overall my friends and I couldn’t have asked for a better letting agency.
Everyone who I’ve come into contact with from lettuce has been so friendly and helpful, particularly Paul, Claire and Emma. During our stay, there was never a problem or maintenance issue that was not promptly and happily sorted. Especially in comparison to other student letting agencies, lettuce lettings went above and beyond my expectations and I can honestly say I found no fault with them.

Outstanding and very efficient support provided throughout my stay in Willowbank by the Lettuce team, whenever our house had any maintenance issues, or any other concerns! The team were very generous, always extremely friendly and respond in a very timely manner to all emails. I would also like to specifically mention Paul, Lettuce’s maintenance man - his help was invaluable for always ensuring issues we had were sorted very quickly and well, was always chatty and friendly, whilst ensuring the job was done every time. Overall very happy with my 2 year stay in the Lettuce property and the support

Brilliant letting agency. Clean houses, and they will fix any maintenence issues immediately. They will also go above and beyond to help with any issues you have, have offered mental health support, and coronavirus support. The staff are all really friendly and you feel like you can talk to them about anything. I would really recommend them to any student.

This last year I have had accommodation with Lettuce Lettings, the company has been amazing. Every concern, enquiry and problem has been swiftly dealt with and everyone who I’ve ever spoken to has honestly been so nice and pleasant. The properties we had was in amazing condition, and was wonderful for our final year. I’m really pleased and would highly recommend them for future students. I rented a one bedroom flat for my final year and it was the best decision I made. The team at Lettuce are incredibly kind and helpful, from the landlord making an appearance to Paul helping with bins and maintenance. The property itself is beautiful and is a genuine joy to live in, I am genuinely going to miss living there. I highly recommend Lettuce Lettings to any students in the area!

Could not recommend this place enough! Out of all the letting agencies and student accommodations I rented from and lived at Lettuce was by far the best. The staff were all so friendly and helpful! Paul was always so amazing and quick with maintenance and the accommodation itself was amazing. Well sized rooms and big kitchen area with additional living room downstairs.

I was with lettuce lettings for the entirety of my university experience and I am so glad I chose them. Their service is amazing and are quick to resolve any problems.
All their properties are up to a high standard and are lovely places to stay. I had stayed at Willowbank mews for two years and those properties are perfect for a large group of students wanting to all live together. For my final year I stayed in a flat 5 minutes from the university which is perfect for a quieter atmosphere.
The whole team is lovely and welcoming. I cannot recommend Lettuce Lettings enough.
