At UNAC we only have one mission - to fulfill the accommodation needs of students at Coventry and Warwick University by introducing to them great student properties in the best student areas in Coventry, Kenilworth and Leamington. We will find student accommodation for groups of friends e.g. 3 - 9 (or more!) or we will find a single room, En-suite rooms, student bedsits or student flat accommodation for individuals or couples.
Are you worried that you may end up with an empty house for an academic year - if so then we can help! We advertise your property to students on our website, the Property Portals such as Rightmove and in our City Centre Shop window. UNAC offer a placement service where we take groups of students to your property and explain the advantages of renting a private house.
UNAC offers 3 levels of Letting Service, 1) Let Only, 2) Rent Collect and 3) Full Management. If you require further information or would like to discuss costs for any item not covered below please contact our office. 70% of the first month's rent or a flat fee of 300 per placed Tenant whichever is greater.

Unac are okay until god forbid things don't go smoothly, as evidenced bye the treatment when issues arise. Disgusting treatment from the staff of Unac, especially Jane. Disrespectful, rude, spoke over me whilst trying to discuss and solve problems, didn't listen at all and I wasn't even able to get a word in any conversation. Jane told me to "just ask your mum for money"... the most childish and ridiculous suggestion to an adult and if I were younger, a very bold assumption everyone has mummy and daddy's money on call? Threatened legal action with no warning, this happened whilst awaiting a landlord

Very helpful agents, treat students well & easy to negotiate contracts to suit students' needs. Adapted well to COVID-19 by providing video viewings and much easier to contact compared to other agencies, by using Whats app for example. One of the agents went the extra step and even gave guidance in order to complete a referencing application with a different agency.

I'm a landlord & have used Unac to find my student tenants for over 3 years now. I have found Paul, Carol & the whole team to be very professional, honest and fair in all my dealings with them.
The tenants they have provided have all been excellent and have never missed a payment, looking after my houses in the process.
Unac even managed to find me a quality tenant quickly when one moved out due to unexpected circumstances.
I'm so pleased with their service that I have their agency notice boards fixed to my house fronts. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
