I am a student current living here. Although APPS Living is not a perfect place, I have witnessed staffs here are trying their best to make here better. They care about our living experience. After reporting some internet failures, they replaced the network hardware and upgrade internet to 1000mbps. This is really an impressive work and I know how much effort they paid so I would like to write a recommendation here.

I am a student who lives in APPS LIVING for 3 years. Not only the environment of accommodation is very clean and comfortable, but also they can provide you very high-quality service. I can still remember I forget room key at 21:30, after I report the circumstances, the staff came to my accommodation just within 15min. Also, I am grateful to Ella Yang. Have been a resident in apps living accommodation for two years and I love it here because unlike other student accommodations they have guards 24h not letting your friends come and stay for long however it's much more flexible here and we still get a 24h hotline if you need urgent help. Clubhouse with free facilities available including mahjong, karoke, snooker, piano and a gym, what more could you ask for. Plus great service in the headquarters.

I live Apps Living for 1 year, the staff are very helpful and they always very happy. the student service team helped me a lot in finding the room for me and make sure i understand everything

I lives in Apps living for two years. I have to say very impressed. Before I moved to Coventry, I lived in Birmingham. Comparing two accommodations I have stayed, I definitely choose apps living. When I lived in Birmingham, I need to wait for 4 weeks to get my heaters fixed. And I need to change light bulbs by myself. Always stink in the corridors. Live with apps I don’t need to worry about missing my parcel delivery, regular clean in communal area, report problem and their staff will come to check quickly. I really enjoy live in the accommodation they managed. Only one problem is their rooms

Very welcoming stay with APPS Living, all the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room I stayed in was everything I expected. Very clean and well organised, I was even given a welcome pack with all the information I needed for my stay.
The facilities that were provided for me were kept to the highest standard, and were always cleaned weekly. During my stay, I had a few problems in my room, but once I reported these problems to the staff, they immediately reported the issue to the maintenance staff, and they fixed the problem straight away.
