Before you explore our site here's a bit about us. We are an independent family run gym based in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire and have been established since 2005.
Our idea to create the style of gym we have was borne from years of working within various leisure industries and an amalgamation of observations drawn from this. The invention of Monster Gym was formed with the purpose to provide members with the best equipment and apparatus all under one roof to achieve their desired goals.

Services
Monster Gym has the very best in strength training equipment from, Hammer Strength, Ivanko, Forza Powerlifting, through to the more conventional professional industry standard equipment. Both plate loaded and pin selectorized machines sit alongside specially commissioned pieces, which have been sourced and brought to Monster Gym.
The boxing and combat area has a full size boxing ring, cage and a further matted area with another cage. We have a full size training rig, punch bags, kick bags and speed balls along with a number of fitness apparatus and equipment. Our fully qualified coaches and trainers run weekly classes in boxing and MMA.
Monster's cafe is open every day from 8am to 9.30pm weekdays and 9am to 3pm on weekends and *bank holidays. You can eat in or takeaway and you don't have to be a member to come in and enjoy our food. Our cafe is a chilled out and relaxing spot, with free WiFi, TV's and a great view of the gym. Our aim is to provide tasty, nutritious balanced meals that are low in fat and high in protein, whilst not compromising on taste.
Our shop sells various brands of proteins, vitamins, supplements and also specialist sports drinks and energy/protein bars. We also sell a full range of training accessories and our own brand of Monster clothing. We are an accredited member of the Sunbed Association and have both lay down and stand up sunbeds.
