Hi, I'm Elena a mum of 3 lovely children. I grew up in a loving and happy family and work to provide that same environment for the families I work with. As I got older, I enjoyed babysitting for my neighbour's children, which is where my love of childcare first started. After relocating to North London over 10 years ago, I was 'just like mum' to my first family, looking after their 3 children for more than 6 years.
I've learnt that being a nanny is more than a simple job. It involves caring, kindness and enrichment. With an abundance of first-hand experience, my husband and I decided to form Just Like Mum. We follow a transparent process; carefully listening to both your needs and your nannies strengths to ensure that we provide practical and honest guidance.

Busy, busy, busy? Tick a few things off your to-do list with the help of our housekeepers. More than just cleaners, they also offer such services as cooking and laundry too - so you can spend more quality time with your loved ones. Our housekeepers usually work part-time. But there are also options for full-time, temporary help and they are able to live-in if required.

Ely was incredibly helpful. And very attentive. Ely messaged back very quickly. And was incredibly organised. I found a lovely family through Ely’s Facebook page. I’m very impressed with Just Like Mum Nanny Agency. They have been there for me as a nanny at all times and have never let me down. The owner is happy and jolly when talking to her. Always replies to emails quick and makes sure you are doing okay. Whenever I need support or an opinion about something she is very happy to chat about this in lots of depth. They are a great agency and I highly recommend them.
