After struggling to find suitable care for our own children from nanny recruitment agencies that ignored our requirements, passed us from pillar to post and supplied nannies of very variable quality, we decided to start Nannies Matter. Our goal was (and still is) to focus on the needs of a family and the support required for their home and children.
If you're looking for a nanny or help around the home, we can help you find someone suitable for the role throughout the Home Counties of Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey and Buckinghamshire. A live-in nanny typically resides within the family home either in a separate bedroom, or an annex or flat within the grounds of the house.
