When Uber left me stranded, cold, in the dark and alone tonight in Catford, Marco at Seven Star minicabs rescused me within minutes of calling and got me home safely. I can't thank him and the company enough for rescuing a female in distress! Will definitely use again and recommend to everyone I know. Happy and prosperous new year to Seven Star!

Critical: Quality
Booked a cab to Heathrow for this morning. Received a confirmation when we booked this earlier in the week. However, no cab arrived and no answer when texting or calling them. Completely unreliable service. I would not recommend Seven Star Mini Cabs to anyone that needs reliable transport.

I booked with this cab service for a early flight to Gatwick. They did not arrive on time in fact they did not turn up at all and after 30 mins I had to make alternative arrangements! During this time I called them several times and only once did it go through to someone who sounded like he had just woken up. Very unprofessional do not go with them!
