I will NOT continue to use the all fives because they have been very unprofessional on many occassions.
I and my family have used them for well over twenty years so I have a very insightful perspective.
This review is based on multiple experiences I have personally encountered and the things I have witnessed.
I guess in everyday busy life most people will shrug their shoulder off and continue to use them as I have as it's simply convenient however, I refuse to use a company who are slyly unprofessional, unhospitable and act wrong and strong to long serving customers such as myself.

These guys drove me to the airport and I insisted on taking the M25 but was told that they needed to take the A406. I knew this way was prone to traffic but no one bothered to listen.
I ended up missing my flight due to enormous traffic as predicted. This cost me hundreds of pounds and I requested for the driver to be returned to at least take me home. I was told I would have to pay for this service knowing that these guys already cost me so much money.
Wouldn’t recommend using these guys. Especially on airport runs. A simple google search would have avoided all the problems but the driver

Would rate it zero stars if possible. I asked 5 times for a Ford Galaxy or Sharan. They guy on the phone confirms he will send that type of car. On the day, I called them to confirm and what do they say? Sorry don't know what you are talking about, on the system it just says you want Car! does not say which type. Total rubbish. They also start complaining if you have more than one suitcase and jack up the price by 20 quid as you are held hostage. Bait and switch. Rude.
