Despite being one of the longest established cab companies in London we are still growing and have exciting plans for the future. Based at either our Bromley control room or our Petts Wood office we have positions available from just 16 hours per week. Full training is provided however you must be a competent windows PC user with excellent customer service skills and a friendly personality.
Our Bromley office is the heart of Bromley Town Centre a short walk from the Intu Shopping Centre and close to Bromley's vibrant bar and restaurant quarter. This office has a waiting room and is staffed 24 hours and provides an immediate booking service. A marshalled queue is in operation at peak evening times.

I’ve used this firm 3 times and never again. On two occasions, the car was sent to a completely different address. The taxis turned up 20mins late which meant I missed my train into London, and they only turned up as I rang the firm to find out where the cars were and they had to be redirected! A grumpy sounding woman on the phone kept trying to tell me the taxi was outside even though I assured it definitely wasn’t! She was rude and obnoxious and there was no apology. Booked in advance for my father who was arriving from Heathrow. In the morning I called to find they had messed up the booking, leaving him stranded at 6 am. Rather than apologising they were insistent that I was mistaken, or I had given them the wrong date. Thoroughly disappointed after years of somewhat decent service.

I booked ACX on minicabit, pick up and the ride was safe and good, no complaints about that. But on drop, the driver asked for drop off charges which I was never informed while making the booking. I was asked to pay additional £4 and that too in cash not with card. I was in a hurry to get the plane and I paid in cash. Next time on minicabit, even if the price is low I will not book with these guys. Very disappointed.

I used to get cars from here since many years now but yesterday was definitely the last one...a very rude and unprofessional driver picked me up from Heathrow and started from the beginning to moan at me because my flight was delayed of 90’ - exactly what I needed after a long intercontinental flight! I’ve obviously called him as soon as out of the plane but he also accused me of hiding the SIM card which I’ve used to book, while it simply wasn’t my phone and nobody asked about my number! He then had the fantastic idea to travel through Hammersmith and along the Thames to get to Bromley
