Sports Massage is not just for the professionals. It should be an essential part of a complete workout. More and more people are realising that a complete workout routine includes not only the exercise itself, but also caring for the wear-and-tear and minor injuries that naturally occur with strenuous exercise.
Pilates is a mind body conditioning exercise program that targets the deep postural muscles of the abdomen and spine to improve overall central core strength and posture. The mind and body are brought together to achieve these aims through the following eight sound principles: concentration, centering, breathing, isolation, routine, precision, control and flowing movement.

Haley is AMAZING!!! After a fall in October 2020, rotator cuff damage was diagnosed and physio. Could not raise my arm without pain, could not lift without pain, could not sleep without pain. After THREE visits with Haley in May 2021, I am almost PAIN FREE!!! Apparently a misdiagnosis Haley found immediately. I am so grateful, my life is back to normal. THANK YOU HALEY!

Beyond satisfied with my treatment I had here. The staff are friendly and professional and fastidious with identifying causes of injury or discomfort. Mr Gowan was excellent in sorting out problems which were hampering my running ability. In a matter of weeks I was back running again, and all with a better understanding of longer-term measures I can take to stay injury free.

Jane was recommended by my knee surgeon and successfully rehabbed my knee. Jane is also one of the few physios recommended by Ossur to fit knee braces.
After a long period of tennis elbow Hayley gave me acupuncture that successfully healed me almost immediately.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Cheltenham Physio & Sports Injury Clinic.

I have been treated by Hayley on and off for several years with different injuries. She is an incredible Physiotherapist, with a huge amount of knowledge and is highly skilled. Most recently she has been treating me following major surgery for Breast cancer. Both Hayley and Jane run an exceptional practice with a very experienced team, second to none. I would not go any where else and would be happy to be treated by any of their team .Thank you.

A fantastic clinic run by friendly, knowledgeable staff...starting with the receptionists who always give a lovely welcome! I have seen Hayley, Jane and Louisa for for my hips, calf, back, neck and other various injuries over the years and each of these talented practitioners have given excellent advice, support and exercises to get me back on the hockey pitch. All three physio’s have looked at my physiology as a whole, not just the specific injury, giving you far more effective treatment that can treat even my long standing issues. I literally couldn’t recommend all 3 of them enough! I’ll

Jane Luss has always given me excellent advice and guidance for my neck, back and shoulder problems over the years. Her assessment is thorough and guided by her extensive professional knowledge and expertise. Her hands on treatment quickly locates the problem areas. I have found the follow up exercises really have supported my recovery and her help and advice has been invaluable. I can fully recommend Jane and the clinic.

I came to the clinic for a lower back injury and saw Jane. I was performing in a show at the time and I was in a lot of pain. The friendly receptionist was able to book me in for an appointment that same day. I was worried I would not be fit to perform but Jane was reassuring, professional and knowledgable helping me on the road to recovery. I would highly recommend visiting this clinic.

I have been helped by both Hayley for shoulder injury and Jane for knee pain over the years. Assessment has always been thorough and treatment effective. They always work hard to support recovery as quickly as possible and give instruction and advice for exercises to rebuild stability through healing and in the long term. They are my go to physio clinic and the one I recommend to others as I value their professionalism and skill.
