My combination of psychotherapy and hypnosis is different. Indeed not uncommonly clients who've been to other therapists tell me that I am the first person who has actually helped them. I use both treatment methods aimed at here-and-now action in everyday life (eg solution-oriented therapy, cognitive-behavioural hypnotherapy).
Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard say the key to their happy marriage is bringing in a professional. Both actors - who married in 2013 - praised their decision to participate in couples therapy. Some relationships are fated to end. But many couples split up un-necessarily. They drown within reach of the shore.
I have made some incredible progress and I am now in an intimate and happy relationship thanks to your help. Andrew is one of the best therapists I have ever worked with. If you want to make a breakthrough with an issue in your life or relationship, I highly recommend him. We started seeing Andrew during a very difficult time, and without his help we would have split up.
For couples, if you are both in employment or are financially established, the rate is 80 per hour. The first session, as for individuals, is 2 hours and therefore 160. The following sessions are 1.5 hours, ie 120. The time between sessions is up to you and is not meant to be weekly. Most people choose three or four weeks.

I thought I had good insight into my problems - It turns out I didn’t have a clue!
Despite being a very outgoing and outwardly confident health professional, I have my entire life struggled with periods of crippling anxiety. I cannot even find the words to do justice to how amazing my experience of therapy with Andrew has been! It has been truely life changing! I had experienced a lot of trauma in my childhood that I had not been able to fully deal with my whole adult life. I had 10 sessions with Andrew and now I am no longer triggered as I had always been by certain situations and interactions. I can love myself finally and this has completely changed my romantic relationships and my career! So many of my friends want to see Andrew now after seeing this dramatic, positive change within me!

I had a few sessions with Andrew while going through what felt like a turbulent time in life. I also approached him to get some help quitting smoking. I found Andrew's methods to be holistic and to take into account my personality. I could say I felt understood on a deep, maybe intuitive level. I enjoyed having 1.5h sessions that Andrew sometimes graciously extended. I first hard of Andrew White through a friend, at a time when my life felt pretty difficult. The sessions with him supported me in working through some of my personal circumstances and coming to terms with some life choices that I’d made.
