Personal training with me at my private fitness studio is a fantastic way to increase your fitness and well being. I cover a range of services, from, 1-2-1 and couples personal training Also a full range of fitness disciplines ranging from, cross fitness, calisthenics, Hiit and much more. Every single thing I do is tailor made to my clients every need.

Using gymnastic Olympic Rings to parallel bars, we have spin bikes, rowing machines and treadmills and also the fantastic concept 2 skierg, Assault air bike, and concept 2 rower.

But what is a balanced diet? So I can understand your current diet you will be asked to keep a food diary. This will show us where improvements can be made and help us to develop a diet that is both balanced and realistic for your lifestyle.

Been going to Paul for a number of years now and my training goals have evolved purely down to him.
I used to be a gym goer who never had a focus or an end goal in sight. Moving from kit to kit. However Paul has focused my energy and gave me a buzz about training different ways. His enthusiasm does that.
He has even helped me recover from a serious arm injury and helped me get back to the levels I had pre injury. That’s a credit to him.
His gym is kitted out with all the best kit and you will always have something that can be used for all levels. 5 ⭐️

I really enjoy my PT sessions with Paul, after a few months the results I am seeing are amazing. Paul explains everything well, is really encouraging and keeps me motivated. At my first session I explained what I was looking for from my sessions and Paul makes sure my session are producing theses results. Paul has a fantastic attitude and really puts you at ease so my workouts are enjoyable.

Iv been going to Paul for nearly a year now , for personal training & also doing his bootcamp classes. Paul is a fantastic PT. I love his friendly laidback approach. Paul is a first class trainer who'll whip you into shape in no time. I've been going to his classes and bootcamps for a while now and my fitness levels have came on massively.. I've lost a total of 6kg which has brought me to my target weight. There's lots of laughs and plenty of banter but Paul is serious about pushing you to exceed your goals.
