Rob and his team have been absolutely fantastic. From start to end, he has been professional, insightful, responsive and just lovely. We always knew he'd be on the other end of the phone explaining whatever wasn't fully clear to us or demystifying any part of the mortgage process (even sometimes of the other aspects of house buying. Would thoroughly recommend.
