First time buyer? Don’t bother with these guys.
We had the unfortunate experience of trying to get a mortgage with Coreco last year after being recommended to them by Dexters.
They had none of our interests at heart, lied to us on two occasions about mortgages that were ‘available’ which resulted in us losing two homes consecutively.
It was only after moving on from these cowboy brokers that we got the right advice, support and mortgage (!) to buy our first home.
It may seem tempting to go with them (no upfront fees etc) but we wouldn’t recommend it.

I was referred to Alex at Coreco by a local estate agency, and I am so happy that they did. Alex was absolutely brilliant through the entire process, extremely responsive, had extensive expertise and was professional, patient and fun to talk to. He kept me informed and up-to-date the entire time. I also learned an immense amount about mortgages during the process from him as well!
