Although this is not our lower limit, The London Mortgage Brokers specialise in arranging mortgages of 500k and above. With many of our clients requiring 1million plus mortgages, many high street lenders don't have the appetite to lend at this level, nor do they have the necessary processes to work with the complexities of an individual's circumstances.
If you are a UK citizen living abroad and you want to invest in UK property, securing a mortgage can be a challenge. Phil was extremely helpful, always going the extra mile from start to finish to ensure I was a) clear on the information and options b) able to get regular updates on progress and c) emotionally supported as a first time buyer who was very nervous.
